The Jaeger Precision Alpha Arm is one piece and requires no hop nubs to be used. The arm has been designed over a long period of time and will work with any hop up rubber.
That being said you will benefit more from using a hop up rubber that has a large contact patch. We highly recommend the Sniper Mechanics Flamingo hop up rubber.
The arm is designed to perfectly mate up against the rubber and provide a large contact patch that boosts performance and stability. Because there is no nub involved the arm can provide anything from zero pressure to max pressure meaning you can use all weights of BBs.
This is the second version of this part. The original was hand made from Brass. This version is CNC machined from 7075 Aluminium and anodised in Red.
