BB-Shop offers its customers the possibility to order airsoft accessories, accessories and related items. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all articles in the range and every purchase that the customer places with BB-Shop. The customer accepts that these General Terms and Conditions shall only apply to the exclusion of his own general or specific (purchase) conditions, even if they stipulate that they are the only ones that apply.
The listed prices include 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. All prices are subject to price changes and / or typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. Changed prices do not affect orders already placed. The indication of price refers to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photo (s) is decorative and may contain elements or items that are not included in the price. Colors may differ slightly from the colors on the photo (s).
All offers on www.bb-shop.be are free of obligation and as long as stocks last, unless explicitly stated otherwise. BB-Shop can adjust or withdraw this at any time. Offers do not automatically apply to possible repeat orders. Special offers or discounts can not be combined with each other. The articles are intended for normal private use only. Despite the fact that the webshop is carefully maintained and composed, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. BB-Shop is entitled - without stating reasons - to refuse orders, to adjust delivery times, to split deliveries or to attach other conditions to delivery.
The customer has the possibility to purchase the articles from the BB-Shop assortment online. The purchase is made at the moment the customer receives a confirmation email from BB-Shop. The items are delivered at the customer's home at the chosen delivery address.
The customer can choose from the following payment methods:
As soon as your payment has arrived with us, and the item is in stock, we will send your order.
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of BB-Shop until the moment of the entire payment by the customer. The risk of loss or damage, however, passes to the customer from the delivery. The customer undertakes, if necessary, to point third parties to BB-Shop's retention of title, for example to anyone who would seize the not yet paid items.
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to BB-Shop, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default, the customer shall owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount by operation of law and without notice. In addition, the customer is legally and without notice a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the amount involved, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BB-Shop reserves the right to take back the non-fully paid items.
Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an article or other shortcoming on delivery must be reported immediately, under penalty of forfeiture of any right.
a. Legal guarantee (only for consumers)
Pursuant to the law of 21 September 2004 concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has statutory rights. Each item is subject to the legal guarantee from the date of purchase by (if necessary delivery to) the first owner. Every commercial guarantee leaves these rights unabated.
b. General
To make an appeal to the guarantee, the customer must be able to present the proof of purchase.
For items that were purchased online and delivered to the customer's home, the customer must contact the BB-Shop customer service beforehand, after which the customer must return the article to BB-Shop at his expense.
Any defect must be reported within 10 days of its discovery. Afterwards, no right to repair or replacement lapses.
The (commercial and / or legal) warranty never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, abnormal or incorrect use, use of the article in violation of the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use. or manual, modifications or changes to the article, crackdown, poor maintenance, abnormal or incorrect use. It also does not apply to items with a shorter life span, or wear articles.

The guarantee is not transferable.
The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase articles online in their capacity as consumer:
The consumer has the right to inform BB-Shop that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.
Customers who wish to make use of the right of withdrawal must contact the BB-Shop customer service within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to BB-Shop at their own expense within 20 days from the delivery of the goods.
Goods with a sales price of 100 Euro or more must be returned to us by courier (DHL, Fedex, etc).
Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
Will not be repossessed under any circumstances:
- used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items
- articles of which the packaging (or part of it) was opened
- articles that are tailored to the customer
- articles that can not be returned due to their nature
BB-Shop undertakes to use your data solely for the execution of the concluded agreement that you conclude by means of your order and to send you non-binding information from BB-Shop. If you also want to receive information via e-mail, please also provide us with your e-mail address.
We treat your information as confidential information and will never pass on, rent or sell it to third parties. You can retrieve, correct, change or have your data stored in the BB-Shop customer list at any time and you can refuse that BB-Shop uses your data to send you information. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal or void, this shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.
Any failure by BB-Shop to enforce any of the rights listed in these General Terms and Conditions or to exercise any right thereto at any time will never be regarded as a waiver of such provision and shall never be the validity of this infringe rights.
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other conditions that are explicitly referred to and the general terms and conditions of BB-Shop. In case of contradiction, these Terms and Conditions prevail. BB-Shop can change these General Terms and Conditions without further notice. Any purchase after the change implies an acceptance by the customer of these new Terms and Conditions.
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof.
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law with regard to applicable law and with the Rome-I regulation on international purchase agreements concerning movable property. In case of any disputes, only the courts in Antwerp are competent.

Return costs are for the customer.
The ordered items are generally offered within delivery times of DPD after receipt of the payment and packaging. BB-Shop will pack your order properly. BB-Shop can not be held responsible for delays by DPD. The shipment will be confirmed to you by e-mail. BB-Shop strives to deliver all items from stock. However, if it happens that an article is temporarily out of stock, then you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. If the expected delivery time is not acceptable to you, the order can be canceled by you free of charge. The order can be canceled by you free of charge at any time after the expiry of 30 days without delivery. After cancellation, reimbursement will take place as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days.
Without prejudice to the other rights it is entitled to, BB-Shop reserves the right in case of force majeure to postpone the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by means of a written notice. Suspension and / or dissolution can take place without BB-Shop being obliged to pay any compensation.
